North East-based Harrison Packaging, a leading independent printed carton manufacturer, is proud to announce the appointment of Ken Smith as Sales Director.

Ken will be responsible for the sales strategy and functions and further enhancing the relationships with the already solid customer base, including market-leading brands Taylors of Harrogate, Steel River Drinks, AU Vodka, Portmeirion Wax Lyrical, and Pro Care.

Local Stockton South MP Matt Vickers Views £4m Press Investment

Harrison Packaging hosted a visit from local Stockton South MP and Deputy Chairman of the Conservative Party, Matt Vickers on Friday 23rd June.

Matt spent valuable time reviewing the company's latest £4m state of the art KBA 8 colour twin coater printing press investment and also the Voltage Optimiser.

Matt was keen to hear the businesses views regarding the latest challenges being experienced such as the high electricity costs, raw material supply chain challenges and impact of rising interest rates.

Harrison Packaging creates innovative and sustainable packaging solutions for some of the UK's leading brands.

Recently Harrison invested in a state of the art Voltage Optimiser saving up to 14% electricity usage that reduces 25,000 kg of CO2 into the atmosphere every year and also converted all business and manufacturing lighting to LED saving 26,000 kg of CO2 per year.
