A recent survey of a whopping 5,900 consumers across Europe looked at preferences and perceptions about packaging.
This shows that the likes of Blue Planet 2, which demonstrated the impact of our waste on the natural world has placed issues surrounding the environment at the forefront of consumers minds. Cartonboard packaging allows specifiers and consumers alike to make a positive choice.
More still needs to be done to spread the word as consumers remain largely unaware of certain key attributes, for example the high recycling rate of 85% for cartons in the EU – happy to do our bit !
